In the heart of the Black Forest below Bamboo Mountain, this is the start of the legendary heart of the Valley of a Thousand Rapids! Start out from the right and work your way centre, paddling positively around the rocks. There is a flatter section in the middle where you can catch your breath, and the exit is fairly straightforward.
